Employers / Placement Agencies are advised to read the Terms of Use carefully. Agreement to the Terms of Use is necessary for further access to the web portal. Bankim Chandra Computer Siksha Mission (BCCSM) reserves the right, to modify the terms, either partially or fully at any time.

The Employers / Placement Agencies will be solely responsible for the correctness, authenticity or updating of any information about the Organisation / agency or jobs offered for their respective role. The Employers / Placement Agencies should not post or submit any incomplete, false or inaccurate information.

The Employer / Placement Agencies shall not use any Resume / Database or any part of it owned by Bankim Chandra Computer Siksha Mission (BCCSM) for any purpose other than fulfillment of manpower requirement in an organization, like sale or promotion of any products or services.

The Employer/ Placement Agencies shall not post any job that pays commission only like pyramid scheme, franchisee, distributorship etc. Any use of web site in contravention of provisions of law is prohibited. Bankim Chandra Computer Siksha Mission (BCCSM) shall have the sole discretion on whether or not to publish any advertisement posted by any Employer/ Placement Agency. It shall also have the discretion to discontinue permission for enrollment without assigning any reason.

At the time of enrolment of the job-seekers, Bankim Chandra Computer Siksha Mission (BCCSM) does not guarantee the authenticity of certificates relating to the Caste, Address, Qualification etc. Bankim Chandra Computer Siksha Mission (BCCSM), however, does not verify the information on Experience, Physical Measurement or contact details. It is the responsibility of Employers / Placement Agencies to check the authenticity of the information provided by the job-seekers. The selection and placement of the job-seekers against the jobs posted in the website immediately. The Placement Agencies shall also have the obligation to disclose the information related to the placement of the job-seekers against the jobs posted in the website mentioning the details of the Employers to whom the services are provided by the Agency.

The Employer/ Placement Agencies shall always act strictly as per law of the land in respect of any service taken from Bankim Chandra Computer Siksha Mission (BCCSM) or for any employment provided to the job-seekers through BCCSM job portal. Posting of irrelevant, defamatory, obscene, communal, racist, offensive, abusive, hateful, discriminatory contents or resume whether implicitly or explicitly is strictly prohibited. BCCSM job portal must not be used for causing social tension, anxiety, harassment, inconvenience or embarrassment, to any person or group of persons. No one shall use the services for any illegal or immoral purpose with malafide intentions and ulterior motives

The Employers / Placement Agencies are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account and will immediately notify through "CONTACT US" of any unauthorized use of their account and password.

For any settlement of any legal dispute, the jurisdiction shall be Alipore Kolkata-700027 Court only.
